♠ Her philosophy on life is as follows:

♠ The relationship between paintbrush and canvas is loosely the story of her life.

♠ She wants to spend a year by the sea. She finds an intrigue in contemplating it's vastness and aesthetic beauty. Henceforth, she believes it may inspire her.

♠ She has been told not to seek out love but that it will find you. At the oddest of times, when you least expect, it will sneak up on you. She also knows firsthand that what you want you have to work for. You have to take risks. Otherwise you'll be standing, waiting, like a fool your entire life for something that may never come. After much contemplation, she has come to the concensus that love is a fickle mystery and to try and fathom it's presence (or non-presence) in your fate is futile. All you can do is make the best hand possible with the cards you are dealt.

♠ Select people know quite a bit about her but none compare to her mirror-- it has witnessed many a hairbrush-in-hand jam session and only the fly-est of superfly dance moves. And no matter what, in sickness and in health, it continues to show her the truth.

♠ She's sure everyone has a crazy great-aunt (we'll call her Matilda) who makes Christmastime just THAT much more festive with her stale armpit stench that could knock out a horse, rivaling her pungent Jack Daniel's breath as she converses with the houseplants. All of this pales in comparison to the quirky family she was graciously born into. This in no way implies that her family smells bad. Or that they are raging alcoholics. Or that they are a couple sandwiches short of a picnic. Hmmm-- scrath that last one.

♠ She has a seemingly unhealthy fixation with Gilmore Girls. She finds something quite captivating and inspiring about good ole Stars Hollow. She hopes to one day find her own, real life Luke. Or Dean. Though she suggests Jess go die in a chemical fire. She also admires the speed-talking and highly intellectual jokes and pop culture references. Someone must stop her before she names her first kid Lorelai. :D

♠ She hates when she hears a song on the radio, or at work (they surprisingly play some great music) that captivates her and she can't figure out the artist, so she's left, tortured, humming a mysterious tune all the day long...

♠ Usually, she goes through life observing the many things around her and makes conversation with the few and thus the fortunate. That is, of course, unless she feels strongly on an issue. Then she has trouble controlling THE VOLUME OF HER VOICE... as it reaches an octave only dogs can hear. She kids, she kids. And, yes, occasionally she is inclined to "raise a roof" or two.

♠ Furthermore, she is an overall passive and calm being. She'll light some incense, put on some Tom Petty, and give peace a chance. All of this goes out the window when she gets behind the wheel. Then it's like Oscar the Grouch on steroids. She promises that if you aren't an idiot and you don't drive slow, she'll put the roid rage away.

♠ If you have read her blogs [go ahead, take it home, try it. it's delicious!], you know how easy it is for her to go off on a tangent. Some may dub it "eccentricity" but she resents that. She is merely an individualistic individual with an abstract train of thought that clearly chugs along on a "less traveled" track. You should give her props for her endless uniqueness and originality, not calling her crazy! If you were in her head, you'd get it...

♠ Like the great Maya Angelou, she knows exactly why the caged bird sings. She likes to do her own thing [very spontaneously she might add] and when closed-minded, presumptuous, delusional peeps try to chain her down or attempt to control her, she goes all kinds of mr.miyagichuckninjanorrisjudochopgangstajujitsu on their ass. That, my friends, is a step up from your everyday, run-of-the-mill bustin' a cap! RECOGNIZE!!!

♠ She does not understand the need to compare one's life or measure one's successes to another's. Life is not a competition, about winning or losing. It's about living. For you. Not in shadow of someone else.

♠ She could tell you a nice little anecdote, rich in detail, from when she was five but if you ask her what she did yesterday, a look that goes a little something like this:

is what you'll get. Her memory likes to play tricks. She misplaces everything and has spent a great deal of her life searching for things that were right in front of her face to begin with. Keys are a thing to covet, she has learned. One minute you find them, then next minute (after you've gone to look for something else before you can leave) they're gone... must be why it takes her half an hour to go anywhere.

♠ Hmmm.... she can't think of much else at the moment, though she knows there's so much more to tell. She'll get back to you...
